Is Valet available at the Hotel?

Valet is available and offered at $30.00 (Overnight) and $7.00 (Day Time Parking). All vehicles are kept within a covered garage area.

Is there a fitness center on property?

Yes, we do have a fitness center within the hotel which is equipped with treadmills and an elliptical; available 24 hours.

Are there telephones in the hotel?

We do not provide hotel phones in the guest rooms. Upon arrival each guest is provided the direct contact number for the hotel front desk and can be reached 24 hours a day.

Do you have hairdryers?

Yes.

Do you have handheld steamers?

Yes.

Do you have in room coffee?

Yes, we provide complimentary in room French Press coffee.

Is the hotel pet friendly?

The Hotel is not pet friendly.

However, under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), we accept service animals defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability.

We do not allow emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals because they have not been trained to perform a specific job or task, and therefore do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.

Is there a resort fee in the hotel?

No. There is not a resort fee applied to guests staying in the hotel.

What is the cancellation policy for the Hotel?

Guests may cancel their reservations 72 hours in prior to their arrival date to avoid penalty (one-nights room & tax).

What do I need to bring to check-in?

All guests will need to provide valid photo identification (that matches the name on the reservation) and a valid method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover CREDIT or DEBIT cards only).

How much will my method of payment be authorized for?

Your method of payment will be authorized for the remaining balance of room & tax charges, plus an additional $100/night for any incidental charges you may incur. If your reservation is pre-paid entirely, then only $100/night will be authorized for incidentals. Please note that authorizations on debit cards REMOVE funds from the bank account associated with your debit card whereas authorizations on credit cards reduce your line of credit.

What is the charge for Wi-fi?

The Hotel offers complimentary premium wireless internet access throughout the hotel including the lobby, guest rooms and event space.
