The independent restaurant industry employs more than 11 million people in America – with millions more employed along the supply chain – and is considered a cornerstone profession in the economy. Not since the Great Depression has a challenge hit an industry of this size so hard.  \nFrom closing restaurants to the creation of the IRC to fighting Congress for the creation and replenishment of the Restaurant Revitalization Fund\,  Saving the Restaurant is the untold story of America’s service industry fighting for survival.  \nThe Ramble Hotel is proud to present two screenings of Saving the Restaurant at 5 and 7:30 p.m.\, with tickets available at $65. Five dollars from each ticket will be donated to the Independent Restaurant Coalition (IRC). \nTickets Include: \n• Welcome drink \n• House-made chips\, caviar and créme fraîche\, and a glass of wine during the film \n• Exclusive viewing + Q&A with Ms. Nettmann and Mr. Stuckey after the film \nA cash bar will be available throughout the evening with cocktails\, beer and wine – with Death & Co also donating a portion of their cocktail sales to the IRC.
